Worship: 9:30am Sundays

July 18th, 2026: Come to Me

In this worship service, the congregation gathers around the message of finding rest, peace, and renewal in God’s presence. Drawing from Matthew 11:28-30, the sermon reflects on Jesus’ invitation to “come to me, all you who are weary and carrying heavy burdens,” reminding us that we do not have to carry life’s challenges alone. Through prayer, worship, confession, music, and communion, the service invites everyone to experience God’s grace, comfort, and loving embrace.

The sermon also shares a personal reflection on faith, perseverance, and the journey toward healing within the church. Through stories of struggle, uncertainty, and rediscovering hope, the message emphasizes God’s ability to transform pain into purpose and create communities rooted in love, acceptance, and belonging. The congregation is encouraged to release the burdens they carry, trust in God’s presence, and continue serving as instruments of peace and compassion in the world.

The service concludes with a special remembrance of those who have served our country, honoring the sacrifices and dedication of service members across generations. Through communion and prayer, worshipers are reminded that God’s table is open to all and that faith connects us across time, bringing together past, present, and future in God’s promise of peace and hope.
