What does it mean to have assurance in your faith? In this service from First Presbyterian Church, the message explores the promises God gives believers during times of doubt, uncertainty, temptation, and hardship. Through Scripture, the congregation reflects on the assurance of salvation, answered prayer, victory over sin, forgiveness, and God’s guidance.

The service also celebrates the strength of the church community and the ways its members support, encourage, and care for one another. As the congregation reflects on its history and identity as the body of Christ, the message reminds us that our faith is rooted not in changing circumstances, but in the enduring promises of God.

The service concludes with prayers for those facing illness and loss, the Lord’s Prayer, worship music, and a benediction calling everyone to go in peace, love, and serve the Lord.
